Return Policy
At DORAMS, each piece is crafted with intention and care. If, however, you need to return an item, we’re here to assist.
Standard Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition in which it was received

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@doramsjewellery.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@doramsjewellery.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized pieces (such as special orders or engraved pieces)

Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item, we welcome you to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
To receive an exchange, we recommend completing a return for the original item. Once it is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the desired piece.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@doramsjewellery.com.
